Valentines day is here and even for a married woman, the holiday is a stressful event. Normally, I am dressed for whatever is thrown at me. However, one Valentine’s Day I experienced a style horror story, and it has forever changed how I approach February 14th.
15 years ago, on our very first Valentines day as a couple, my hubby proposed very unexpectedly, while I was wearing flannel pajamas and a head wrap. Scary right? Luckily along with my worst dressed moment I got the best man for me. So all in all no real tragedy.
These days we don't really do anything for V-day in fact this year my hubby is working but I still like the joy of red hearts and glitter to make the day festive. Now, even if we don’t have plans, I make sure I’m always ready for V-day.
How can you not have fun in a big red tulle skirt
Any chance I get I am wearing glitter shoes. These are from Eloquii and they are my faves
Heart earrings are a must. I picked these up at Gathered St. Helena
I hope you have a great Valentines day. I hope it goes they way you want and that you a completely dressed for anything the day could bring.
